with microfine pharmaceutical grade Zinc Oxide that scatters UVA & UVB
radiation and never expires. Sol BlueWater's base is insoluble in water and
naturally hydrophobic (repels water). It won't migrate into your eyes and
continues to protect until you wash it off with soap and water. Non-greasy,
